Marine Life Institute
Red Sea Coastline
The Marine Life Institute will function as a scientific research center and a tourist destination. It will be a place where visitors can examine and experience natural coral-marine life. The experiences of the visitors start from the entrance of the place. In addition to the exhibition spaces, the building will also have laboratories, educational, and observation areas. In addition to research-centered training and excursions, diving and underwater tours will also be held to get to know marine life better.
Seven Exit 15
Riyadh
The SEVEN Exit 15 project in Riyadh, also known as the Al Nahda Entertainment Complex, is a major $700 million development by Saudi Entertainment Ventures. Located near Ar Rabwa, it will feature immersive attractions, retail, and dining across 126,000 m². Set to open around 2026, it aims to become one of Riyadh’s leading family entertainment destinations under Vision 2030.
